Procesadora de Palmito S.A. (PROPASA) is a costarican enterprise,located in Sarapiqui-Costa Rica, dedicated since 1996 to the cultivation and industrialization of Pejibaye Palmetto (Bactris Gasipaes kunth).

Our company has vast palmetto plantations which offer us a constant flow of raw material troughout the whole year; this guarantees unsurpassed freshness and quality in the final product.

We have spacious processing facilities which have strict norms of international quality and a group of professionals working to offer an excellent quality product.

With the purpose of maintaining sustained environmental politics, environmentally friendly, we only produce cultivated heart of palm and therefore avoid the destruction of the Costa Rican tropical forest.
